This is a Public Records Act request for copies of the first quarterly financial and program reports submitted by recipients of your 2020-21 Homeless Housing and Prevention (HHAP) Program funding, which were required by contracts issued by your department in early October of 2020..   Agencies provided them to you in pdf format, and copies of them are acceptable to me.
